Survivor: David vs. Goliath Scoop – Week 12 Recap: Winners, Losers, Top Moments
John Powell – GlobalTV.com
Survivor: David vs. Goliath has its finalists.
There is Mike White, the seemingly harmless bloke who hasn’t stepped on anyone’s toes but hasn’t made any massive moves either…until now.
Angelina Keeley is a great person to bring to the end as she is not all that popular with the jury.
There is Kara Kay who managed to outlast her showmance but like Mike she doesn’t have the strongest Survivor resume.
Alison Raybould, a steady player who has evolved according to the tribal politics.
There is Davie Rickenbacker, an all-around decent gamer who has pushed hard following the merger.
Nick Wilson has a compelling social game. He has worked hard behind the scenes but has anyone noticed?
Christian Hubicki, the quirky robotics scientist will not be joining them on next Wednesday’s season finale. After dodging the bullet time and time again, his luck ran out and his torch was finally snuffed but not before a whole string of scrambling which has been the trademark of Survivor: David vs. Goliath.
With the biggest threat in the game gone where will everyone else land? The only thing that is certain this season is that there will be a lot of shuffling before anyone makes a final decision to do what is best for their game.
Who will win Survivor: David vs. Goliath? Stay tuned.

Week 12: Game Fail – Christian Hubicki
He was “The Teflon Don” of Survivor: David vs. Goliath. Nothing anyone did ever stuck . Taking into consideration how strong of a game he played, it was only a matter of time before he was either kicked or won the title of sole Survivor. There was no in-between.
Strategic Gameplay
Christian started unrolling a strategy on Day 2 which supported him all the way to 12th place. He aligned with Gabby Pascuzzi, Davie and Nick at that time and those three stuck with him until well after the merge. No matter whom Christian was aligned with he was a major strategic force the entire season.
Rating: 4.5 / 5

Social Gameplay
From his relationship with Gabby to his time with the Brochachos, Christian fit in well with any group he was thrust into. Nobody had a bad word to say about him and that says a lot especially in a game like Survivor.
Rating: 4.5 / 5
Entertainment Value
From awkward genius to bold Brochacho, Christian’s Survivor journey has delighted many making him one of the most popular players to ever step foot on the island. His interactions, his gameplay, his spotlight moments, all made Christian the stand-out character this season.
Rating: 4.5 / 5
Final Castaway Rating: 13.5 / 15
Week 12: Powell’s Picks
Who played it cool and who proved themselves to be a fool? Every week John Powell makes his picks for the worst and best players of the week.
Bronze Amateur: Angelina Keeley
Her pleading and bargaining after the Reward Challenge probably didn’t improve her image with the others.
Silver Amateur: Nick Wilson
The whole fake idol plan drew unwanted attention to him and made him seem very sketchy.
Gold Amateur: Christian Hubicki
Perhaps he played a little too aggressively. Perhaps he stepped into the spotlight far too often making the target that was on him bigger and bigger.
Bronze MVP: Nick Wilson
He deftly outmaneuvered another Tribal Council.
Silver MVP: Davie Rickenbacker
He is playing hard. He is playing without fear.
Gold MVP: Mike White
It is probably too late in the day to matter to his Survivor resume but Mike did what others could not, he got rid of Christian.
