When the onslaught is over, the ensuing investigation uncovers a string of crimes leading back to the elderly owners of a B.C. gun shop.

When two brothers entered a bank in Saanich, B.C. dressed in body armor and armed with semi-automatic rifles, everybody inside was taken hostage. The gunmen demanded money and herded the hostages towards the vault. But instead of escaping with the cash, the brothers paced inside the bank as police arrived on scene. As Jules Knox reports, a hailstorm of bullets suddenly erupted that resulted in two deaths and left many people with their lives forever changed.
