Live Feeds Update: Rome’s Fake Breakup Plan Exposed as Houseguests Debate His Fate

To get the heat off them, Rome and Lyric have orchestrated a fake break-up but nobody is buying it, especially HoH Devens who also won the Power of Veto.
Jason let Lyric in on Rome’s plan.
“He is puffing his chest today. He is being a little extra. It is so obvious. Don’t take it personally. It is what he needs to do to get through this. He is doing it on purpose so you can feel that way and focus on your game. Just know it is all an act,” said Jason.
Rome, Lyric and Mallory joined the workout session which became a strategy session.
Mallory told the others that she spoke to Barrett and he isn’t going to the other side.
“In the last three seasons, people would just shift from side to side and there really was no loyalty. Whoever had power they would just go with them just so they would be on the right side of the vote. They would go back and forth, back and forth until everyone picked each other out. An alliance has never been a thing in so long. The new way of Big Brother is you just keep flip-flopping and Barrett will just flip-flop. He will play both sides just as Drew will play both sides. Hayley, Chuck and Kamu are really devoted to their side,” said Jason.
In the HoH room, Drew leaked information to Devens with Dee getting ready to work out.
“I spoke to Rome this morning. He says him and Lyric broke up. I think he is doing it so she separates herself from him. He is going to use the Veto on her, obviously,” said Drew.
Drew believes they should target Jason this week.
“Melody is telling me she feels completely burned by Rome right now. She has nobody. She only trust me and Kamu right now. If we don’t target Rome then I would suggest Jason,” said Drew reminding them that Jason almost won HoH and has done well in the competitions.
“My thought process with Jason is that he is not coming after anyone in the Crossovers,” said Dee.
Devens was quick to point out that Jason wants him out.
“…and Angela,” said Drew.
Devens explained that he wants to speak to the group and see what the consensus is.
Drew tried to convince Devens that they could bring Melody into their alliance because she is easy to influence.
“I want Rome out so bad,” said Devens.
“Everyone agrees he should go up,” said Drew.
“We are locked in if he goes up he goes home,” replied Devens.
Drew thinks that if Rome is in a competition against Lyric instead of Melody he would frazzled.
Since this is the first Tool shed vote he wants a consensus. If it is between Lyric and Melody, Melody is a better player who needs to go home.

Devens doesn’t feel that Lyric should be treating him the way she is. It isn’t his fault that Rome wanted to protect her.
Drew warns Devens again the entire break-up scenario is phony.
In the gym, Mallory told Melody that it seems like Lyric wants to break away from Rome.
“I don’t blame her,” said Melody.
They are worried the Veto will be used by Devens.
“I hope that it is used and I hope that it is on me,” said Melody. “I love Lyric but I want to be off the block.”
Later, Devens met with Jason in the HoH room.
Jason explained to Devens that he felt like America hated him. That is why he was in the dumps.
Devens told Jason he thought much of his and Angela’s beef was his fault, he sparked it.
“That wasn’t your fault. That was literally my fault,” admitted Jason.
Jason professed to be a free agent and all he wants to do is get to the jury.
While everyone was outside enjoying the sunshine, Rome chatted with Devens alone.
Rome said it bothered him when Devens told him at the Nomination Ceremony that he couldn’t trust him. He wondered why Devens thought and said that. He claimed it hurt him on a “deeper level”.
Devens replied that since Rome has so many people he wouldn’t be a priority.
“There wasn’t anything you did,” said Devens.
He thinks they can separate personal from game, respect each other and could be friends.
“I am sorry about this fallout. I don’t understand why Lyric and Jason are upset with you,” said Devens.
Rome insisted that Devens is not his target and never would be.
Rome believes that Devens is a man of his word because he didn’t nominate him as he said he wouldn’t and be blew up his game in front of everyone with the truth.
“You have played an awesome game using the truth and bending the truth,” said Rome.
“Nobody will ever see me and you coming ever. I still love you and I still trust you. I say that is because you have never lied to me. If you want to use the backdoor and put me up that is fair enough,” said Rome.
Even if Rome goes on the block he will still trust Devens.
“If you put me on the block and I win the Block Buster or the vote I still want a diplomatic relationship with you because you are a f—–g genius.
“Don’t overrate me. I am just reckless,” laughed Devens.
“If you play on taking someone off the block I would appreciate if you took Lyric off and put me up,” he asked. “Even if you put me on the block I would still trust you if you pulled Lyric down.”
