The new houseguests are going ‘all in’ on the upcoming season of Big Brother.

To start the season off with a bang, Big Brother USA is dividing the houseguests into four groups right from the start when they enter the house on premiere night. Those four groups will compete in a competition and the winners in each group will become the captain of their respective team.

The teams will be chosen, drafted by the captains themselves who will have access to pre-season interviews so they can make the best choices they can in assembling their teams.

The season will also see the introduction of a new competition that will present the houseguests with a weekly “risk versus reward” decision. A representative from each of the three teams who didn’t win Head of Household for the week will battle it out in the new Wildcard Competition. That competition will be held on Sunday night’s episode.

The winner of the competition has the option of accepting immunity for themselves but if they do a punishment will be released on them, their team or the house.

There will be other “risk versus reward” dilemmas throughout the season.

The Big Brother house itself will be decked out in a “BB Beach Club” motif blending a beach resort and a casino into one.

Big Brother 23 premieres on Global on July 7th with a special 90 minute episode and will air three times a week: Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
