It’s veto night in the Celebrity Big Brother house and Ross and Brandi are gearing up to duel it out in tonight’s power of veto competition and live eviction.

Omarosa is the current HOH and has just put up Ross and Brandi for eviction. At the end of the nomination Omarosa gives Marissa a very loaded wink which has everyone paranoid. Ross is still Omarosa’s target this week but if he can win the POV she’ll have to set her sights on someone else.

Brandi questions Marissa on the wink and she blows it so far out of proportion my eyes are literally rolling out of my head. I get that the house can make you crazy-paranoid, but you’ve got to lighten up! Ari and Marissa have figured out that Mark, James and Omarosa have some kind of deal in place. The girls put two and two together and conclude that if either Ross or Brandi win the veto then one of them will go up in their place.

In a game the houseguests have made up to ask each other awkward questions, Omarosa asks Ari if she has a message for Steve Harvey, the man who crowned her Miss Universe and then realized she was the runner up and just as quickly took it away. Ari handles it with class and wishes Harvey the best. Brandi then puts James on the spot and asks him if he’s made a deal with Omarosa and Mark. James confirms her suspicions but this pointed question has just reminded him how much he dislikes her. He’s now set on finding a way to get Brandi out of the house and keep Ross instead. There is no love lost between these two.

In the gym James and Mark talk strategy and try to figure out if they can put their faith in Omarosa or if they should flip and work with Ross (and vote out Brandi). These alliances are changing so fast my head is spinning.

Omarosa, Ross, Brandi, Mark, Metta and Marissa are set to compete in the POV competition. America wants the winner to get the VIP veto which gives them the chance to use the veto twice if they want to at tonight’s veto meeting. In this competition, the contestants are playing “Invitation Only” a basic puzzle game. It’s a pretty simple concept so this could really be anyone’s game to win. It’s a close call between Ross and Omarosa, but Ross wins the VIP veto which means not only is he safe this week, but he can also veto a second nomination as well (or not).

At the veto meeting, Ross takes himself off the block and Omarosa puts Metta up in this place on the basis that he’s been pleading again to leave. Ross decides to not use the veto a second time and it becomes clear that although we haven’t seen it on-screen Metta has once again been asking to be put up so that he can leave.

The votes are in and it’s unanimous – even James has voted for Metta to go home. This is the second houseguest who’s asked to be sent home and it definitely takes something away from the game.

It’s rare that both nominees walk away happy from the eviction vote but here it is. Once he’s out Metta is literally in tears – 20 days without his wife and family has taken its toll on this man. I’d love to be a fly on the wall when he sees them again. Metta reveals to Julie that he wants to see Ross walk out victorious and as of right now there’s a good chance that that could happen.

On Wednesday night’s episode we find out who will be the next HOH and who the next two nominees on the block will be.

Friday is a double eviction night and we find out which 5 celebs will make it to finale night. Who do you want to see win the HOH this week? Let us know in the comment section below.
