“The true game begins tonight.” – Omarosa

Chuck Liddell’s just been the first celeb voted out of Celebrity Big Brother and Omarosa and Keshia Pulliam are realizing that the two of them are on the outs with the rest of the house. Big Brother shows us that just before the eviction vote a final four deal was made between Ross Mathews, Shannon Elizabeth, James Maslow and Marissa Winokur. That’s four of the strongest players here but it’s only been a couple of days and these alliances keep crumbling so I’d be shocked if this little group lasted more than a day or two.

The new alliance realize they need to eventually fess up to Omarosa and Keisha and decide they’ll do it together. Once together though Omarosa insists she get Shannon alone and she folds like a cheap suit and goes offside with her. Shannon keeps getting put in a spot to make tough choices and I can’t say she always makes the right ones. Omarosa does what Omarosa does and tries to prey on her weaknesses and insecurities to get her back on her team.

CATCH UP NOW: Celebrity Big Brother Season 1, Episode 4

After their little talk Shannon comes clean to her new alliance about her old alliance with Omarosa so now (almost) everything is out in the clear.

In the gym, Omarosa and Keisha have to explain to Metta World Peace what a “backdoor” is and try to weasel him into joining the BGM (Black Girl Magic) alliance. Metta claims he voted for Chuck at the eviction vote thinking it meant Chuck would stay. This isn’t the first time a confused vote has been made on reality TV and surely won’t be the last but it’s still hilarious every time.

At the HOH (head of household) competition everyone’s sporting tutus for Celebrity Bowlerina which is the equivalent of drunk-uphill-speed-bowling. It’s a recipe for disaster and the celebs are about to be thrown in the blender.

The pressure is on Omarosa and she knows it (mostly because Shannon failed Whispering 101 in high school). In the first leg, Omarosa tries to take down Marissa, but her skills as a dancer and performer are no match for the ex-Apprentice. Marisa blows her out of the water. Omarosa gets a sudden case of the “I don’t feel so goods” and walks out of the challenge. She claims she’s having an asthma attack. Either she needs to work on her acting skills or I need to work on my empathy skills because I call BS on this one.

One by one the players are whittled down until it’s just Ross and James left. Shannon pulls James aside and asks him to let Ross have it which is more than a little disappointing. Ross has been doing so well and he’s so proud of himself. I know he wouldn’t want to win because James threw the competition.

Will this come back to bite Shannon in the butt? So the challenge continues and Ross is tired, and James is tired of making it look like he’s actually trying, but Ross eventually pulls out a win to become the new HOH. The BGM are definitely his target (for now) but things have been changing so quickly in this game that I wouldn’t be surprised if Shannon and James from his own final four alliance end up being his targets.

The celebs go back in the house and realize that Omarosa is MIA. Who will Ross put up on the block if she doesn’t return? They all make sure to loudly state that they hope she’s okay and blah, blah…more fake sympathy, blah, blah… Listen guys, we don’t want her back as much as you don’t, even though she does make for great television.

In a not-so-surprising turn of events James tells Marisa he’s considering putting up James and Shannon. Well that didn’t take long. I’m going to bet that over the next day or two he finds out Shannon told James to throw the game and that puts the nail in her coffin.

Personally I love Ross as the new HOH. I didn’t know much about him going into this game but he’s proven himself to be a really smart player and he’s got a super strong social game. He just needs to keep his head down and fly under the radar for a bit.

An announcement is made that states that Omarosa has been taken to the hospital to be treated for her asthma attack. She will return in time for the nomination ceremony which is a relief because she was one of the targets this week.

Shortly after she comes back and *fake cough, fake cough* is cleared to be back in the game. She quietly sneaks into her room and pretends to sleep. I guess you’ve got to build up sympathy while you can. My hearts bleeds for Omarosa. Let’s hope she doesn’t break out into a rash or something during the next competition.

It doesn’t take long for word to spread that she’s back and it’s fake hugs and well wishes all around.

At the nomination ceremony Ross puts up Omarosa and Keshia but my money’s on him backdooring Shannon this week. Knowing what a smart and competitive player she is there’s no way he’s going to let her stay, even though Omarosa was so rude during his speech that that just might just seal her fate.
