Kamu was KOed.

The former UFC fighter turned trainer was voted out of the Big Brother house by a vote of 8 to 1. LaLa was the only vote for him to stay.

As Julie-Chen-Moonves hugged Kamu she pointed out that she loved Jesus too.

Kamu wasn’t surprised that LaLa was the vote to keep him because she really, really didn’t get along with Haley.

“It was brought to my attention that she was spreading a lot of lies about me. I actually wanted to work with Dee and Devens deep into the game. The Icons then lied to me with the Lyric eviction. After that I had to pivot and align with different people,” Kamu said about why he targeted Dee this week.

Earlier in the week, Yash won HoH and PoV electing to leave his nominations the same but Devens had and used the Diamond Power of Veto so he took Dee off the block and put up Kamu instead.

Angela, Kamu and Haley were left to fight in the Big Brother Block Buster competition.

“It was a good move on his part. I didn’t see it coming,” said Kamu of Devens using the power.

In the Space Race Block Buster Veto Competition, the players were locked inside a plastic booth but each was filled with balls not money. When the fans blew all the multi-coloured balls into the air, the players had to catch 10 red and yellow balls placing them in their proper tubes. The one who filled their tubes and hit their red button first would be the winner and safe from eviction. Both Haley and Angela had their red tubes filled before Kamu did but Angela won.

For future Big Brother players, Angela won the competition by using a better strategy. Instead of chasing balls in the air she went down low to catch balls as they fell back down or came out therefore missing fewer balls. She became a ball catcher not a chaser.

Next Thursday, Big Brother celebrates its 1000th episode. This marks the first time a primetime television series has reached this milestone.

The historic night will feature surprise appearances from former Houseguests determined by interactive fan votes and kick off the biggest twist of the summer. The episode will look back at some of the most memorable moments from the show’s historic 26-year run and shift into overdrive with the BB Blockbuster and a live eviction.
