MONDAY, OCTOBER 13

“Pilot”
DMV is a workplace comedy set in the place everyone dreads going most – the Department of Motor Vehicles – where employees are making minimum wage dealing with customers who are annoyed before they even walk in the door. Working at the East Hollywood DMV office are: Colette (Harriet Dyer), a driving examiner with a big heart and bad boundaries; Gregg (Tim Meadows), a misanthropic former English teacher; Vic (Tony Cavalero), a former bouncer who loves putting difficult drivers in their places; Barbara (Molly Kearney), a newly promoted manager who tries hard but often misses the mark; Noa (Alex Tarrant), a charming surfer who seems destined for much greater things; and Ceci (Gigi Zumbado), a scrappy photographer who isn’t afraid to speak her mind. Fortunately, this quirky crew has each other to navigate the twists and turns of the DMV together.

The teachers prepare for the upcoming school year with new faces and big changes on the horizon.

Coming off its 50th anniversary season, the sketch comedy show will enter its 51st season. Bad Bunny will host the season premiere, marking his second time as host, and Doja Cat will make her first SNL appearance as musical guest.

“Eat the Rich”
In honour of Bobby Nash’s sacrifice, the 118 comes together to dedicate the firehouse in his memory. Meanwhile, when a billionaire tech giant is involved in a life-or-death emergency, the team must race to his aid.

“The Before Times”
Matty questions the paternity of the man claiming to be Alfie’s father. Also, the team takes on an arson case while Olympia tries to protect Julian’s involvement in the Wellbrexa case.

“Yes, And…”
Elsbeth dives into the world of late-night comedy when backstage tensions rise between a talk show host (Stephen Colbert), his head writer Laurel (Amy Sedaris) and her on-air sidekick husband, Mickey (Andy Richter). Also, Elsbeth meets a new police officer (Lindsay Mendez) who is an aspiring stand-up comic when off the clock.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 13

“Welcome to the New Normals”
The Johnsons and Butlers face big changes and unexpected challenges as Tina discovers a new passion, Malcolm navigates work and family boundaries, and Courtney takes a major step with Marty. Meanwhile, Dave’s tech experiment backfires and Gemma’s parenting plan goes awry.

“Takeover”
After a federal judge disappears, a routine investigation takes a dark turn as the team uncovers that the judge had been searching for his missing son on a secluded island on the city’s edge, where authority has crumbled. Meanwhile, reality weighs heavy on Jubal as he takes on a new leadership role.

10 p.m. – Watson
“A Son in the Oven”
Watson and the fellows spring back into action when Mary’s mother accidentally poisons herself while suffering from a rare form of dementia that is progressing with impossible speed. Meanwhile, Sherlock Holmes resurfaces after being presumed dead.

“Prodigal Son (Part 1)”
Reeling from his father’s murder, Parker goes to extreme lengths to hunt down the woman he holds responsible, mob boss Carla Marino, jeopardizing not only his own future but the team’s.

Gibbs and Franks investigate the disappearance of a young Marine connected to a mysterious compound with a charismatic leader, and Lala’s fate is revealed.

“Gut Instinct”
The discovery of two missing U.S. Navy aviators adrift in the Coral Sea leads the team to expose a sinister terrorist plot.

“Mother Love”
Maria Bannister’s return to Gibsons to reconcile with her estranged daughter ends in tragedy when she’s found murdered in her rental home. As Alberg follows a trail from a tense family history to a long-buried paternity secret, the case takes a dangerous turn toward the daughter she came to see. The investigation is punctuated by a public knife incident in which Cassandra intervenes, prompting a frank confrontation between them about trust, control, and seeing each other as equals.
