Celebrity Big Brother Spoilers: The Houseguests Get Social on Twitter

Celebrity Big Brother Spoilers: The Houseguests Get Social on Twitter

By: John Powell –

The Celebrity Big Brother houseguests are taking advantage of a new social media station in the house.

The social media station was revealed this afternoon after the houseguests were sequestered in the HOH (Head of Household) room for a few hours.

Once downstairs, this week’s HOH Keshia Knight Pulliam read a message left by Big Brother.

In the speakeasy lounge adjacent to the bathroom you will now find a social media station for your enjoyment. This social media station allows you to type messages of 280 characters to your fans outside of the house. Your messages, once approved, will be sent to your social media team to be used on your social media channels. This is a one-way communication tool. You will NOT have access to the Internet. You will NOT see replies by your fans.

The houseguests were also reminded that their messages were not retrievable once sent.

“The first one should be from all of us,” said Mark McGrath as everyone sat down in the lounge.

Since the house decided that James Maslow had the most Twitter followers, he could send the first message from all of them.

“We communicated with the outside world! I am almost scared of it,” said Ross Mathews.

Marissa  Winokur and Chuck Liddell chatted about their messages. Chuck says that his wife might post his message for him.

“I am sure she will especially if it is endearing,” said Marissa.

“Actually, I am more likely to post something cute than she is. She would be embarrassed,” laughed Chuck.

The three night premiere of Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight and tomorrow night with a live 2-hour eviction show on Friday.
