 Days Of Our Lives has had its fair share of high profile comings and goings in the past few years. Fans were ecstatic to learn that an array of fan faves would return to Salem last year, so it came as a surprise when three of those actors were once again being let go. We've had a few weeks to process that information, but now on the heels of Patrick Muldoon, Christie Clark and Matthew Ashford's firings, it seems the changes at DAYS are just beginning.

Sadly, it appears that Joseph Mascolo is once again on his way out of Salem. The mystery of who shot Stefano is well underway and the Phoenix won't be rising any time soon, according to show insiders. Is this the last we've seen of Stefano's devilish rein in the lives of our favourite Salemites? Only time will tell.

Salem's favourite sweetheart, Molly Burnett, is headed off the canvas in a surprising move announced last week. She has decided to pursue new projects as her contract and time in Salem come to an end. Her character has gone through a major transition since her start on the show and she has become a fan favourite through the years. With her impending exit planned, can Shawn Christian be far behind? 

Ian Buchanan is also leaving DAYS! In another surprising turn of events, the veteran Soap favourite has been let-go from the show. He will follow his on-screen wife, Sarah Brown off the show in late summer, early fall. The Emmy winner has only been on the show since February. Viewers are now speculating whether Ian and Madison will be leaving Salem as a couple or bitter enemies? What are your thoughts?

On a happier note......

Rumours have been swirling that the fabulous Blake Berris is headed back to Salem to reprise his role as Nick Fallon. With so many actors on their way out, I'm hopeful that his return is truly in the cards. Too much talent has been lost in recent months; let's hope this is the last of the changes for now.
