It's almost time for the 14th annual Teen Choice Awards, and things are really heating up!

This Sunday at 8.00 et/pt, the coolest stars will receive coveted Teen Choice surfboard awards in categories such as choice breakout TV show, choice movie chemistry, choice reality/variety show, choice breakout artist, choice male hottie, choice female athlete, choice liplock and choice TV sidekick. Surfboards are awarded based entirely on votes from teens, making the Teen Choice Awards THE award show to find out what's hot right now.

This year's show will be hosted by teen rock superstar Demi Lovato and Glee's Kevin McHale. Other celebs slated to make an appearance include Carly Rae Jepson, No Doubt, Selena Gomez, Kristen Bell, and DJ Pauly D - who will keep the beat going all night long as your "Choice DJ" for the event.
